About the role
This role will perform duties associated with NDE of materials in accordance to referencing code. API 510/570 Inspection and ability to follow and draw isometric drawings. Non-exempt role; Reports to Site Manager; Close Supervision assigned duties according to specific procedures / work is checked frequently. Local candidates only - no per diem
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- API 510/570 Certification, CWI required
- TWIC card is required
- Valid API certifications and relevant experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, turnaround environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Documentation needed: certifications and resume
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
- Job site safety requirements as required by the client (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.)
- Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.)
- Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of such individual or others in the workplace
Functional Requirements
- Assists in performing duties associated with NDE of materials in accordance with reference code
- Assist with nondestructive testing equipment set-up
- Assist in calibrating nondestructive testing equipment
- Assist in applying testing criteria in accordance with procedures and standards
- Assist in performing other job-related tasks as assigned by certified inspector/technician
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
Compensation
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Physical Involvement
- Climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level
- Maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc.
