About the role

Turner Specialty Services is seeking an experienced API 510/570/653 Inspector for a full-time position in the Decatur, AL area.

Responsibilities

  • Affords assistance in performing duties associated with NDE of materials in accordance with reference code
  • Affords assistance with nondestructive testing equipment set-up
  • Affords assistance in calibrating nondestructive testing equipment
  • Affords assistance in applying testing criteria in accordance with procedures and standards
  • Affords assistance in performing other job-related tasks as assigned by certified inspector/technician
  • Affords performance of additional assignments per supervisor's direction

Requirements

  • Valid NDE certifications and relevant experience
  • NDE background preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, turnaround environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
  • Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills

  • Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation

Physical Involvement

Pay
