Apertura Futura: Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must be able to complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

Requirements

• People-oriented and self-motivated.
• Current Property and Casualty license.
• Ability to obtain Life and Health license.

Pay

$40,000 - $60,000 salary plus commission/bonus.
