Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Aid customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but full training available to the right person!
