Apartment Porter (Part-Time)

Pay & Perks

• Earn $15.00–$17.00 per hour (DOE)
• Quarterly Bonus – Earn up to $375 every quarter
• Monday–Friday schedule from 10AM – 2PM (hours vary)

Responsibilities

• Keep the community looking its best by maintaining excellent curb appeal
• Minor landscaping such as weeding flower beds and planting flowers
• Clean and maintain common areas, including the leasing office, hallways, restrooms, and amenity spaces
• Remove trash and debris throughout the property to ensure a clean, welcoming environment
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and apartment turns
• Help prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents
• Assist with seasonal property needs as assigned
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the maintenance team promptly

Requirements

• 3–6 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, apartment communities, or similar work preferred
• Dependable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in a job well done
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance or property operations is a plus
• Ability to work independently while delivering exceptional results
