Apartment Painter

About the role

Join our team as a Painter and help transform apartment spaces with a fresh coat of paint in a relaxed atmosphere. We provide all painting supplies and equipment, allowing you to take pride in your craft and bring vibrancy to our apartments.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, dayshift hours: 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Pay

Pay starts at $17.00 an hour with paid overtime if earned. Annual reviews include raises up to 5% every year, and up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential.

Requirements

• 1+ year of painting experience
• Drywall experience including painting and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability for on-call snow removal purposes
