Painter - Apartments

About the role

Refresh is looking to add to their painting team. They specialize in vacant apartment repaints, offering no furniture to move, no customers watching over your shoulder, faster job times, and a predictable, repeatable workflow.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work areas, review scope, and request change orders when needed
• Minor drywall repair (patching holes, dents, imperfections)
• Cut and roll walls and ceilings
• Paint trim, doors, and frames
• Cabinet painting with proper prep and finish
• Repainting units to Refresh standards
• Color changes with proper coverage and prep
• Large drywall repair/replacement (a plus, not required)

Requirements

Qualifications

• Dependable painter with a focus on clean, consistent work
• Experience with minor drywall repair
• Ability to cut and roll walls and ceilings
• Knowledge of cabinet painting techniques
• Experience with large drywall repair/replacement (optional but preferred)

Pay

Painters typically earn $150–$300+ per day, depending on speed, quality, and consistency. Your earnings are based on productivity, so motivated painters earn more.
