Apartment Manager - The Greens at Ridings

About the role

Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking an Apartment Manager for a multi-family affordable housing project at The Greens at Ridings Apartments in Molalla, OR. The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable, demonstrates humility and integrity, and has a strong team focus. Viridian Management, Inc., the employing entity, has over twenty years of experience providing clean, safe, and comfortable affordable housing, responding quickly to residents' needs and striving to be the most conscientious property management company in the region. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property activities and daily operations
• Conduct all core business processes including leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Screen applicants for affordable housing eligibility and maintain a waiting list of all applicant activities
• Maintain occupancy in accordance with site goals as established by supervisor
• Manage tenant files for Move In/Out and Annual Recertification in accordance with company policy and applicable housing agency requirements

• Proven proficiency in all areas of property management operations
• Strong organizational, analytical, financial and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, management and customer service skills
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Gmail
• Proficient in use of computer, fax, scanner, printer, and smartphone
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Legally qualified to work in the US

Pay

$24-26/hour DOE, plus a $500 signing bonus

Schedule

40 hours/week, Monday – Friday
