Apartment Make-Ready Technician

About the role

As an Apartment Make-Ready Technician, you will transform vacant units into move-in ready apartments, ensuring they are in excellent condition for new residents. Your responsibilities include performing minor repairs and maintenance, completing a duties checklist, and maintaining the property grounds and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Performing minor repairs and maintenance.
• Completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready.
• Walking the property grounds and common areas, picking up trash and debris.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager and/or Service Supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of previous maintenance experience on an apartment community, commercial building, or single-family residences.
• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.

Schedule

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Valid LA Driver’s License

Pay

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
