About the role
The role involves inspecting and preparing residential properties for tenants. This includes addressing safety issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Inspect residential properties for safety and compliance with local regulations
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing fixtures
- Address and resolve tenant complaints related to property conditions
- Ensure all work adheres to company policies and industry standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in home maintenance or similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills including internet navigation and email
