About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing apartments for new residents, including cleaning, painting, and organizing living spaces.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare apartments for new residents
- Paint rooms and fixtures as needed
- Organize living spaces and move furniture as required
- Handle tenant requests and complaints
- Perform light maintenance tasks as necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience in apartment management or similar field preferred
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of apartment maintenance procedures
