About the role

The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for basic property and maintenance repairs as well as cleaning of common areas and vacant apartments.

• Cleaning of common areas and vacant apartments

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of one year of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Have basic computer skills (email, web searching, Microsoft Outlook).
• Able to use position specific software systems.
• Driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Be able to effectively interact with all visitors, residents, and staff.
