Apartment Maintenance Technician | MAA Promenade

Responsibilities

• Prepares apartments for move-in
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units
• Electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
• Plumbing, carpentry, and locks
• Fulfills a planned preventative maintenance schedule
• Follows up with residents after repairs are complete

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, and/or mechanical repair
• HVAC experience required
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal required at hire or within 90 days of start date
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence

Pay

The local pay range for this role is $22.41 - $36.97. This is the range at the time of the job posting. The pay offered may be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education, skills, qualifications, certifications, and relevant experience. Pay will not be below any applicable local minimum wage requirements.
