About the role

We are looking for a Full Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, Indiana.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours
• On-call 1 week every 5 weeks
• Full Time - Year Round work

Pay

• $19.00 - $22.00/HR
• Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
• On-call bonus structure, up to $2,000 annually

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• HVAC experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to help with on call and with snow removal

Qualifications

• A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process
• Pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening
• A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process
