Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures in apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliance areas.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours and weekend emergency response.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekend work.
• Ability to participate in on‑call rotations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Familiarity with building safety systems, including fire sprinklers and alarms.
• Ability to use smart devices and property management software for accurate record keeping and work order completion.
• Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
