Apartment Maintenance Technician - Haveloch Commons/Robinson Manor

About the role

The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general property and building maintenance, conducting inspections, assisting with move-ins and move-outs, and responding to maintenance calls, including emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning in common areas
• Conduct inspections
• Help with move-ins and move-outs
• Respond to maintenance calls, including emergencies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least two years of maintenance experience or one year of relevant experience
• Six months of specific training in one of the following trades: Electricity, HVAC, Plumbing/Fitting, Welding/Fabricating, or Carpentry
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and access to a registered and insured vehicle for frequent and regular travel between communities
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to effectively interact with residents and team members

Pay

$21.00/hour - $23.00/hour; Depending on experience; $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

Schedule

Variated schedule, some on-call hours required.
