Apartment Maintenance Technician - Bloomington, IL

Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates to join our team at The Arbors at Eastland in Bloomington, IL. This is a full-time, permanent role with opportunities to grow across 26 states.

Pay

$18.00 to $21.00 per hour

• Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
• On-call bonus structure - up to $1,500 a year

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining property grounds
• Preventative maintenance
• Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Maintenance skills assessment administered during the interview process
• Pre-employment screenings: criminal background check, drug screening, and valid driver's license
• Physical demonstration of ability to complete basic job duties during the interview process
