Apartment Maintenance Technician

About the role

The role involves performing various maintenance tasks in a commercial setting, including but not limited to HVAC repairs, electrical installations, and plumbing services.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks
• Install and repair HVAC systems
• Handle electrical installations and troubleshooting
• Assist with plumbing issues and repairs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related work experience

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Skills

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
• Experience with electrical and plumbing systems
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
