Apartment Maintenance Technician
About the role
We are looking for a career-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Waterstone Place Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Snow removal
- Pool maintenance
- On-call rotation
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
Pay
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour plus quarterly bonus up to $750.00. $100.00 additional weekly pay when on call, whether called out or not.
