Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- HVAC certified - troubleshoot and install AC condensing units and electrical components
- Computer literate
- Managerial skills - communicate with vendors, contractors, team members, and delegate tasks
- CPO - Certified Pool Operator - maintain the pool daily
- A thorough understanding of Fair Housing
- Work on-call and on weekends
