Pay

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour, with annual salary increases based on performance and quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $4,000 annually. Additional compensation includes:

• $100 weekly on-call bonus plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs

Schedule

On-call rotation: 1 week every 6 weeks, including snow removal duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
• Handle apartment turns and make-readies
• Participate in on-call rotation and snow removal duties

Requirements

• 4+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (required)
• CPO Certification
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
