Apartment Maintenance Supervisor - Bloomington, IL

About the role

The Arbors at Eastland Apartments in Bloomington, IL is seeking an experienced and dedicated Apartment Maintenance Supervisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally within a supportive and family-oriented company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion of work orders and apartment turnovers.
• Collaborate with the head technician on-site to distribute workloads and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and communication with residents.
• Perform hands-on maintenance duties as needed, including painting, general construction, and other facility-related tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and address any issues that arise to maintain the high standards of the property.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding apartment maintenance and safety.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction, or a related field.
• Previous management or leadership experience in a maintenance setting.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$27.00-$30.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks.
