About the role
The role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair of apartment units, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition for tenants.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and renovations
- Respond to tenant requests and complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules
- Perform routine inspections of the property
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
