About the role
The role involves overseeing the maintenance and repair of apartment units, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition for residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely completion of projects.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and safety regulations.
- Respond to resident requests and complaints regarding property issues.
- Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports to management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in property management or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of common home repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Experience with property management software.
