About the role
The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all properties are in excellent condition. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance team and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks
- Coordinate with property managers to address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Inspect properties regularly to identify and address maintenance needs
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
- Work closely with vendors to maintain high-quality standards for repairs and services
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding property maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or related field
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
