About the role
We are looking for qualified, responsible, and reliable candidates for apartment maintenance. Preparing units to be rented. MUST have experience in flipping apartments and be able to rotate on-call duties.
Responsibilities
- Painting
- Caulking
- Installing flooring
- Light plumbing
- Drywall repair
- Other general handyman tasks as needed
Requirements
- MUST have a valid drivers license and a vehicle
- Experience or willingness to learn similar related experience
- Able to work as a team and bring the best performance to every task
