Artisan on the Bluff, an affordable multi-family community in San Antonio, Texas, seeks an experienced leasing professional.

Responsibilities

• Aid in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to boost property traffic and generate leads
• Maintain the leasing office, tour paths, vacant units, amenities, and overall curb appeal to ensure they are presentable
• Accurately and promptly complete lease applications and necessary verifications, including tax credit and HUD paperwork
• Handle the lease process, including collecting initial deposits and rent, and inputting data into the database
• Support the Community Manager in creating reports, communicating with residents, issuing move-out notices, and conducting annual certifications
• Promote resident satisfaction through exceptional customer service
• Tackle maintenance requests to keep the property in good condition
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations at various levels

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing, with a working knowledge of LIHTC/Tax Credit and/or HUD and Public Housing. Experience in multi-family communities is preferred.
