Apartment Leasing Consultant (Part-time)

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

Skills That Will Drive Your Success

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience with property management software (a plus)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Basic computer and administrative skills

Rosewood and Pecan Grove Apartments in Alexandria

Pay & Schedule

PAY: $13-14 an hour plus commissions (Up to $100 per move-in!)
SCHEDULE OPTIONS: M-F 1-5PM with availability for occasional Saturdays and mornings when needed
