Responsibilities

• Lead your team to drive the success of the property with enthusiasm and creativity
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
• Ensure tour routes and models look their best
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents, and team members
• Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail
• Achieve at least a 20% closing ratio

Requirements

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service
• Ability to adapt to new technologies
• Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a fun personality
• Love for working with all kinds of people

Pay

Current anticipated annual base salary range: $21,750 – $25,000. Base salary within the range will be determined by various factors including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, and qualifications.
