Apartment Leasing Consultant

About the role

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant, you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you it’s not just a job, it’s a career and you understand that for our residents it’s not just an apartment, it’s their home.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

Requirements

• Strong computer skills
• 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
• Skilled problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
• An unmatched dedication to customer service
• The drive to learn and get better everyday

Skills

• Pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License

Benefits

• PAY: $16-$17.50/HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!

Schedule

Location: Rochester, MN
Schedule: 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday (Potentially will need to work every other Saturday - 4 hr shifts)
