Apartment Leasing Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a fun, energetic, customer-service and/or sales-oriented individual to join Monarch at the Residences at Grand Blanc Apartments in Grand Blanc, Michigan. This is a full-time, year-round position at a 455-unit market rate community. We focus on hiring for character and training for skill, and offer unlimited growth potential across 25 states with a strong commitment to internal advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to residents
• Assist with apartment leasing and sales activities

Requirements

• Previous multifamily housing leasing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay & Benefits

• $17.00 per hour
• Up to $100 commissions per rental on 455 units
• Annual reviews with opportunity for a raise every year

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
• Rotated Saturdays, 10 A.M. to 4 P.M.
• Daytime hours, full-time, year-round
