Responsible for leasing apartments and managing tenant relations.
Responsibilities
- Lease apartments to new tenants
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints
- Maintain positive relationships with current tenants
- Manage rent payments and billing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations
- Customer service skills
- Tenant screening
- Rental agreement preparation
