Responsibilities
- Work alongside industry experts and gain hands-on experience in multifamily management, property accounting, and investor relations.
- Oversee large-scale portfolio operations, focusing on asset performance, operational efficiency, team leadership, and long-term value creation.
- Provide accurate financial support to maintain efficient business operations and informed decision-making.
- Manage daily HR operations and deliver HR services, including contract execution, marketing initiatives, and on-site team support.
- Monitor, process, and record investor capital movements, maintaining and managing investors' data in a web-based platform.
- Lead the acquisition and disposition process, manage banking and investor relationships, and perform a wide range of activities related to commercial and multi-family asset management.
- Ensure cost-effective pricing and quality work for property owners through expertise in building systems, construction, and property accounting.
- Close acquisitions totaling 5,105 multifamily units, 11 office/industrial properties, and a mixed-use property in 10 different states with an aggregate purchase price of $430 million.
- Source equity and debt for acquisitions, and secure third-party management assignments.
- Act as court-appointed receiver for complicated and highly-contested distressed assets.
- Asset-manage more than 25,000 apartment homes and five million square feet of commercial space.

Qualifications
- Corporate Accounting Professional with 7+ years of experience in the industry and 3 years supporting financial operations within the real estate industry.
- Human Resources Manager with over 20 years of experience, including 17 years in the multi-family housing industry.
- Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer with over 30 years of experience in managing complex operations, developing effective policies, and implementing streamlined processes.
- Senior Property Manager with extensive experience in the management of large, commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, and historical renovations.
- Acquisitions expert with over 25 years of experience in acquisitions, asset management, and public accounting.
- Leasing and investment sale specialist with over a decade of experience representing both private and institutional real estate holders.
Skills
Financial reporting, budgeting, accounts management, hands-on leadership, strategic initiative implementation, innovative thinking, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
