The Campus team is dedicated to providing superb housing for college students. As an Apartment Leasing Agent, you will be part of a passionate and enthusiastic team focused on growth, diversity, and stability.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in leasing efforts to achieve full occupancy and maintain high occupancy levels
  • Maintain accurate records of property availability and assist with the renewal process
  • Manage property licenses and liaise with legal counsel and the city
  • Handle check-outs, ensuring compliance with final account statements and inspections
  • Investigate and address resident concerns promptly, maintaining good public relations
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on property performance
  • Develop and implement advertising/marketing and resident retention programs
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, typing, and answering phones
  • Operate various office equipment and software
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Present a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Entrata knowledge is preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to follow through with paperwork and meet deadlines
