Responsibilities
- Aid in leasing efforts to achieve full occupancy and maintain high occupancy levels
- Maintain accurate records of property availability and assist with the renewal process
- Manage property licenses and liaise with legal counsel and the city
- Handle check-outs, ensuring compliance with final account statements and inspections
- Investigate and address resident concerns promptly, maintaining good public relations
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on property performance
- Develop and implement advertising/marketing and resident retention programs
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, typing, and answering phones
- Operate various office equipment and software
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- Present a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Entrata knowledge is preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow through with paperwork and meet deadlines
