About the role

The role involves managing apartment maintenance tasks, ensuring the property is in good condition, and interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and landscaping.
  • Respond to resident requests and complaints promptly.
  • Document all work performed and communicate with property management.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in home maintenance or similar field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of common home repair techniques.
  • Experience with basic HVAC systems.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic computer literacy.
