About the role

The role involves managing maintenance tasks in residential apartments, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle routine and emergency maintenance requests
  • Inspect and repair appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Communicate with residents regarding maintenance issues and progress
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related experience in apartment maintenance or similar field
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor

Skills

  • Knowledge of common home repairs
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • First aid and CPR certification (optional but beneficial)
