About the role

Responsibilities
- Handle routine and emergency maintenance requests
- Inspect and repair appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Communicate with residents regarding maintenance issues and progress
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in apartment maintenance or similar field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
Skills
- Knowledge of common home repairs
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- First aid and CPR certification (optional but beneficial)
