Apartment Community Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning tasks for vacant and model units, as well as office space and other areas on the property
• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces
• Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor
• Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor
• Maintains resident confidentiality

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail
• Great customer service skills and polite attitude
• Ability to work quickly and perform quality work under tight deadline
