Monarch Investment is seeking a Housekeeper to join our property team at LaSalle Apartments in Downtown Toledo, OH!

Responsibilities

• Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas.
• Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant
• Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
• Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping

Requirements

• This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.

Starting Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
