Apartment Community Groundskeeper

Monarch is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician to join our team at our gorgeous Woodland Ridge Apartments in Spring Lake, Michigan. This is a year-round, consistent position where no two days are the same—and your office is the great outdoors!

Pay

$19-$20/hour + up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (full-time, steady work year-round).

Responsibilities

• Keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained
• Landscaping and general grounds upkeep
• Light apartment maintenance duties including painting, light plumbing, basic electrical and HVAC troubleshooting and repair
• Trash removal and clean up
• Snow removal when needed
• Taking pride in creating a clean, welcoming community for residents

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
