What You’ll Own
- Accounts Payable Management - Oversee full invoice lifecycle, maintain vendor records & 1099 documentation, lead weekly payment batches with internal approvals, reconcile AP aging and vendor statements monthly, detect any discrepancies or fraud regarding vendors
- Utility Oversight - Coordinate accurate billing, resolve discrepancies and track utility pipelines
- Spending at our Properties - Oversee the centralized purchase order system for property-level and CapEx purchases, review and manage contracts with vendors, coordinate bidding & negotiate vendor terms for cost savings, enforce procurement policy and approval workflows across departments
