AP/AR Accountant

About the role

This AP/AR Accountant opportunity offers direct exposure to corporate finance leadership, hands-on ownership of sales and use tax processes, and the chance to make a visible impact during a major business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead collections reporting and AP data consolidation for leadership reporting.
• Manage sales and use tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Serve as a resource for regional teams on AP/AR questions and transaction issues.
• Process and oversee shared expense payments, including legal, insurance, and rent.
• Support multi-entity accounting reporting and compliance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting accuracy as an AP/AR Accountant.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in AP/AR accounting functions.
• Hands-on experience with sales and use tax filings.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and reporting.

Pay

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
