Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable with invoice processing, invoice payments and discrepancy resolution.
- Review invoices for reasonableness, allocability and allowability prior to obtaining coding and approvals for appropriate individuals.
- Respond to supplier emails.
- Aid with 1099s.
- Perform other assignments as needed.
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
- Able to conduct oneself in a professional manner with internal and external contacts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheet and Microsoft Word processing software.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies without deviation.
- Basic knowledge of the job responsibilities derived from on-the-job experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience preferred.

The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $44,300 - $64,900 per year.
