Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable with invoice processing, invoice payments and discrepancy resolution.
- Review invoices for reasonableness, allocability and allowability prior to obtaining coding and approvals for appropriate individuals.
- Respond to supplier emails.
- Aid with 1099s.
- Assist with other assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
- Able to conduct oneself in a professional manner with internal and external contacts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheet and Microsoft Word processing software.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies without deviation.
- Basic knowledge of the job responsibilities derived from on-the-job experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience preferred.
