CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and outgoing payments.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports for review.
- Support accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable.
- Track Capital Expenditures and Fixed Assets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure internal company procedures are followed consistently.
- Ensure transactions are recorded in full compliance with company accounting standards.
- Verify entries and cross-reference system reports for balances.
- Utilize accounting software, to maintain accurate and up-to-date cost accounting records.
- Absorb inventory cycle count process on site at plant location and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company internal controls and policies.
- Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
- Travel to the local area plant as deemed necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree will be a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation a plus.
- Working experience and knowledge with GAAP, cost accounting principles and practices.
- 3+ years of experience
- Preferred: Fluent in both in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
- Making manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to work across time zones as necessary and when required.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of driving financial growth.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact collaboratively and effectively with diverse team members at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, accounting and financial management software and tools; knowledge with ERP software will be a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Most of the time is spent in an office sitting outside of the production plant or warehouse center. The environment will include, at times, walking onto the plant production floor where there is weather and non-weather-related hot or humid conditions, extreme cold, working near moving mechanical parts or equipment.
- The noise level in the work environment is quiet in the office, but can be loud when on the production floor, warehouse or loading areas.
- Frequently required to sit.

- Schedule: On-site, Monday through Friday
- Hrs: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
