AP Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process vendor invoices accurately and within required turnaround times.
• Review and verify supporting documentation to ensure proper coding and general ledger recording.
• Maintain accounts payable records, assist with aging reviews, and support month-end close activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendor-related questions while ensuring internal procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and accounts payable processes.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and core financial accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• SAP experience. Paycor a plus.
