About the role
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from any US Aon office.
Responsibilities
- Help drive strategy across the Large Market segment and manage relationships with Aon’s Enterprise Client Group (ECG).
- Aid in assessing current services and identifying open opportunities to drive client retention and revenue growth.
- Assist in organizing AGRC NAs Regional Industry Practice strategy.
- Collaborate with the AGRC NA Growth Team for broader growth opportunities and support from an ECG perspective.
- Ensure Aon is delivering best in class services to clients, innovate new consulting solutions, and drive revenue growth.
- Drive an integrated approach across all solutions, supported by data and analytics.
- Build relationships within the Aon network, including market level account executives, producers, casualty broking leadership, and office leaders.
- Actively participate in the AGRC North American Leadership team, reporting directly to the AGRC North American Leader.

- Prior people leadership experience and evidence of success in establishing budgets, managing financials, sales initiatives, innovation, and colleague development.
- Technical skills in addressing various risk consulting services.
- Strong networking and collaborative skills.
- Client-facing role and experience with prospect/RFP engagements.
- Motivated to learn with a strong demonstration of accountability and process ownership.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $250,000 to $275,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Schedule
The role is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
