Responsibilities
- Counsels clients individually, in groups, and in families.
- Performs diagnostic and assessment procedures based on qualifications and abilities.
- Coordinates various clinical activities.
- Maintains contact with family members, guardians, referral sources, and authorized outside sources.
- Maintains documentation related to caseload and program function.
- Attends regularly scheduled executive committee meetings and treatment staffing meetings.
- Serves on various committees for Quality Assurance purposes.
- Conducts in-service training as assigned.
- Makes necessary reports to supervisor and/or Clinical Director.
- Assumes additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- CDCA, CDCA-II, LCDC, LCDC-II, LCDC-III, or LICDC certification.
- Experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults with an AOD diagnosis, or AOD work history is preferred.
- Adequate knowledge and ability to navigate EHR (Electronic Health Record) system.

- Interacts in a pleasant and professional manner with other employees, physicians, providers, patients, and patients’ families.
