About Me

I’ve worked as a graphic design freelancer for quite some time now. I love what I do—once a project is done, I like to look at it and come back to it again and again because I’m always proud of my work. Design allows me to do what I love while listening to music. I’ve completed amazing work for a numerous list of clients and have never had a problem with any of them. I know I have the potential to do greater things; it’s just a matter of finding good opportunities like this one.

English Experience

I went to a bilingual elementary school where I had 4 hours of Spanish classes and 3 hours of English. The English classes weren’t just language lessons—I had math, social studies, and other subjects in English, and I wasn’t allowed to speak Spanish during those 3 hours. I attended that school for 5 years, and the rest of my English knowledge came from watching shows, movies, and listening to music. I could safely say that around 80 to 90 percent of my day is spent either listening to or speaking English.

Experience

• Graphic Designer (Sep 2020 – Present)

  I work for a digital marketing business based in San Luis Rio Colorado. I mostly handle branding work, such as creating logos. I also design flyers, Instagram posts, Instagram filters, and other digital assets. This work is done remotely from home.

• Bilingual Technical Support/Customer Service Agent (Feb 2013 – May 2022)

  I worked at a call center in Mexicali called Telvista, providing bilingual technical support and customer service for AT&T. I assisted DSL service customers over the phone. Later, I was promoted to the Customer Advocacy Group, where I worked with customers who had recurring issues, building a more personal connection by proactively checking in with them.
