About the role
Responsible for developing and implementing security strategies to ensure the safety and integrity of the organization's assets and operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
- Oversee physical security measures including surveillance systems and access controls
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance cybersecurity protocols
- Train employees on security best practices
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security management
- Proven track record in managing security projects
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
