About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing security strategies to ensure the safety and integrity of facilities and personnel. Conducts risk assessments and provides recommendations to mitigate potential threats.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and policies
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
• Provide training and support to staff on security protocols
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies to enhance security measures
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security or related field
• Proven track record in managing security operations
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
